The 'man down' songstress RIH RIH did not only just won her man( CHRIS BROWN ) back from KARRUECHE TAN, Forbes has also titled her as the second highest paid black woman on the list with OPRAH WINFREY.
The 24 year old singer landed no.4 on the list with talk show mogul ELLEN DEGENERES. It's a + for her though.
