ZENIT EDGE OUT ANDERLECHT

Ailing Russian champions Zenit St Petersburg grabbed their first win of this season's Champions League campaign here on Wednesday with an unconvincing 1-0 win over Belgian opponents Anderlecht.
A 72nd minute penalty by Alexander Kerzhakov gave the Russians a barely-deserved three points and saw them climb to third in the table.
Spanish debutants Malaga top the table with six points from two games, while AC Milan are on four and Anderlecht have just a point and are yet to score a goal in this season's competition.

Malaga host Milan later on Wednesday.
