SMH! PHOTOS OF POLICE COLLEGE TRAINING SCHOOL, WORST THAN PRISON CELL

Being the first police college in the country, built in the year 1940, Channelstv, revealed these disturbing photos of the police college dormitories, where recruits  spend  months to get training in becoming poilce officers.
Indeed the hostel is in a deplorable condition.
