It seems like it. On Feb. 6, the 26-year-oldtweeted a photo of the rapper and wrote “Ugly face.” Bynes has since deleted the tweet which was aimed at a Twitter user who doesn’t appear to be active or connected to her.
While it’s possible that Bynes’ account was hacked, it’s also very possible that she posted it herself. The actress has been exhibiting strange behavior since 2011, and it’s only become more pronounced in recent months.
